We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin/Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting with internal and external communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Excellent English communication skills in writing emails & business communication.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage and maintain office filing systems and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience
